From the Kindi to Brit-Magyar

Would you like your child to start his school journey with joy and confidence, developing their skills?

Do you want to prepare your child, thus ensuring a more successful and comfortable transition?

Would you like your child's education to be a joyful and successful experience that encourages their interest and motivation in learning?

How can we help with this?

How can we help with this?

Since interest in our school is growing rapidly every year, we are starting a school preparation course, in Hungarian, which takes the form of 50 minute lessons on a weekly basis. Through this course, we are able to prepare the children for the start of school using lots of games and entertaining activities.

Why do we recommend it?

Why do we recommend it?

  • The child gets to know our school better, which is beneficial if they join us next September.
  • Judit néni, who leads the sessions, participates in the admission process, her presence provides safety for the children.
  • At the end of a minimum of 7 sessions, an individual report will be written, which serves as a reference for you about your child’s readiness for school.

What we develop during the sessions:

Hand-eye coordination which is essential for developing writing skills

Learning about the time

General knowledge

Cognitive functions: Thinking, attention, memory

Vocabulary and speaking skills are focual areas because of the bilingual nature of the school

Self confidence and social skills

These abilities and skills are very important for learning. Since our school is bilingual, developing language skills is a priority. All of this is achieved by listening to many stories, through storytelling, etc.

The sessions are led by Judit Kulcsár, an experienced special education teacher who has been dealing with the prevention, recognition and correction of learning difficulties and disorders for years.

Participation in the school prep course does not automatically mean that the child is admitted to our school.
However, it is a guarantee that they are prepared to start the first grade next September with all the basics they need. They acquire social skills week by week which will help their integration into school and into the class community.
